Les Chais Saint-Éloi is a company whose activity is the ageing of rum, whisky and wine brandy in barrels. Each building is equipped with racks for storage and benefits from all the technologies to control the aging process according to the usual criteria (temperature, hygrometry). The site is also equipped with all the facilities necessary for the dilution and bottling of spirits.
