POF - yeast propagator

The POF company, based in the Nantes region, is the result of close collaboration between a brewer, a microbiologist and a boilermaker, each bringing their specific and complementary skills with the aim of designing yeast propagators suitable for craft breweries of all sizes.
Many brewers want to use liquid yeasts for economic reasons (dry yeasts are expensive) and quality (there is a large choice of liquid yeasts) but technical solutions are currently rare and not suitable for small breweries.
We have developed a whole range of optimized propagators allowing the safe seeding of tanks from 10 to 250hl. They are made in France and totally adapted to the specificities of our customers
